What I help with
You don’t have to figure it all out to find the right support.
Therapy can be helpful whether you know exactly what you’re struggling with or you’re still trying to make sense of it. I work with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, burnout, life transitions, and the complicated stuff that doesn’t always fit neatly into one category.
Maybe you’ve been…
- Overthinking everything
- Running on empty
- Stuck in survival mode
- Trying to keep it together
- Wondering why you still feel like this

What this can feel like
Anxiety & Overthinking
If overthinking were an Olympic sport, you’d probably have a medal. Maybe you spend way too much time in your own head, second-guess yourself, or have a hard time letting things go. We can work on turning down the noise so anxiety doesn’t get to make every decision.
This might look like:
- Racing thoughts
- Constant worry or “what ifs”
- Overplanning or people-pleasing
- Difficulty relaxing

When your nervous system stays on high alert
Trauma & Survival Mode
Sometimes the thing that happened is over, but your brain and body are still acting like it isn’t. You might feel on edge, shut down, disconnected, or frustrated that the past keeps showing up in the present. We can work on helping things feel safer now.
This might look like:
- Feeling constantly on edge
- Shutting down or going numb
- Difficulty trusting or opening up
- Always expecting the worst

When everything starts to feel heavy
Depression, Burnout & Disconnection
Sometimes everything just feels like more work than it should. You might be exhausted, disconnected, going through the motions, or wondering where the version of you who actually cared about things went. We can work on making life feel a little more manageable and a little more like yours again.
This might look like:
- Low mood or loss of interest
- Chronic fatigue or burnout
- Feeling stuck or hopeless
- Feeling disconnected from yourself

Support for life in recovery
Substance Use & Recovery
Getting sober is one thing. Figuring out how to build a life that supports your recovery is another. Therapy can be a place to strengthen what’s working, build sober supports, navigate triggers, and keep moving forward without having to figure all of it out alone.
This might look like:
- Maintaining recovery after a higher level of care
- Building a stronger sober support system
- Navigating triggers, cravings, or high-risk situations
- Figuring out what life in recovery looks like for you
And sometimes it’s more than one thing
Because life rarely fits into one neat box.
Maybe there’s one thing bringing you to therapy. Maybe it’s anxiety, relationships, work stress, grief, and three other things that somehow all connect. We don’t have to force it into one neat category.
