CRISIS + EMERGENCY SUPPORT
Need help right now?
Rella Counseling is an outpatient therapy practice and does not provide emergency or crisis response through this website, email, or the contact form.
IF THERE IS IMMEDIATE DANGER
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, has already seriously harmed themselves, requires emergency medical attention, or there is another life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
SUICIDE + CRISIS LIFELINE
Call or text 988.
The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free and confidential crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can contact 988 if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, emotional distress, a mental health crisis, or a substance use crisis. You can also reach out if you are concerned about someone else.
Local crisis support.
988 is available throughout the United States and can help connect you with crisis support and resources in your area.
New Jersey and Pennsylvania also maintain information about state and local behavioral health crisis services.
If you're a current client.
Established clients should follow the emergency and crisis procedures provided in their Rella Counseling practice documents and informed consent materials.
Routine messages may still be used for non-urgent scheduling or practice-related communication, but they are not a substitute for crisis or emergency services.
If you're looking for ongoing care.
Crisis services can help with immediate support, but they are different from ongoing outpatient therapy.
If you are not in immediate crisis and are interested in beginning therapy with Rella Counseling, you can use the regular contact page to ask about services and availability.
